Description of Hogwarts Magic Maze

Overview

Magic has run amok in Diagon Alley, scattering hexed items throughout the street after a night of chaos. Players take on roles as either shopkeepers or students from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Your objective: cast spells based on dice rolls to send items flying, gathering and managing potions, books, broomsticks, chocolate frogs, and wands to win the game.

Playing as a Shopkeeper

• Set Up: Place the central board (Diagon Alley Cobblestone Street) in the center. Each player takes a storefront player board, an equal number of items, and three dice.
• Gameplay: Roll the dice to cast spells that dictate what item to send flying, how many, and where to send it. Your goal is to fill your board with items from your shop. Once you achieve this, shout "Mischief managed!" to score the round.
• Winning: The first player to earn 7 points wins the game.

Playing as a Hogwarts Student

• Objective: Gather school supplies for the school year.
• Action: Roll the dice and collect items from the cobblestone street or your neighbors, based on the roll. Aim to complete sets of items to earn points.
• Rule: Complete a set of items to earn a point. First player to earn 7 points wins the game.
