Our zafus are filled with 4.75 pounds of high-quality U.S.-sourced buckwheat hulls from industry leaders. Buckwheat is adaptable, allowing you to adjust the cushion to your comfort needs. It's also known for its durability and lightweight nature.

Our zafus measure about 16 inches in diameter and 5 inches high. They are encased in a durable cotton cover that is machine washable, making it easy to maintain hygiene and access the buckwheat fill.
